2. Pricing
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT.
- Prices may change at any time without notice.
- The price charged is the price displayed at checkout.
- We are not obliged to honour pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel affected orders.
Price errors: If a product is incorrectly priced, we will contact you to offer cancellation or payment of the correct price. If we cannot reach you, we will cancel and refund in full.
3. Payment
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
- We accept Shopify payments and major debit/credit cards. Where agreed, we may also accept bank transfer or card payment taken directly.
- Invoices are issued electronically only.
4. Product Availability
- All products are subject to stock availability.
- If a product becomes unavailable, we may offer an equivalent, delay until restock, or cancel and refund.
- Discontinued items may be replaced with the nearest equivalent model where available.
5. Delivery Area
- We deliver within Inner London districts only.
- Delivery exclusions or limitations may apply.
- Delivery and recycling fees are shown at checkout included in subtotal price.
6. Delivery Conditions
- Delivery dates are arranged after purchase.
- Delivery time windows are estimates only and may change due to circumstances outside our control.
- You must ensure access is available for the full day on the agreed delivery date.
- Drivers may provide short arrival notice where possible.
- Missed deliveries, incorrect address details, or lack of access may result in charges.
- Re-delivery fees may apply where delivery fails due to customer absence or site restrictions.
- We do not leave goods outside the property.
7. Access & Property
- Delivery up to 5 floors without a lift is possible where disclosed in advance so we can allocate sufficient staff.
- Safe and clear access is the customer’s responsibility. We will not move obstacles or modify property.
- Where risk of damage exists, we may request your approval before proceeding.
- If you approve proceeding despite the risk, we will not be liable for resulting damage, unless caused by our negligence.
- We record deliveries with photographs as proof of delivery and condition at time of delivery.
8. Installation Service
- Installation applies only to appliances purchased from us.
- We install into existing cabinetry and existing plumbing connections only. We do not cut or modify units.
- We do not sell or install gas appliances and we are not Gas Safe registered.
- Wall drilling may be required where necessary for proper installation.
- Appliances are tested after installation where reasonably possible.
- If installation cannot proceed due to site conditions, we may offer a quote for a revisit or additional works. If you do not proceed, the installation fee will be refunded.
9. Recycling
- Recycling/old appliance removal is provided only where selected at checkout.
- The old appliance must be disconnected in advance unless installation service has been purchased.
- We do not provide hazardous waste certification.
10. Returns & Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery by email to sales@applianceexperts.co.uk.
- Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- For non-fault returns, we charge an £84 collection fee due to the nature of heavy goods.
- Delivery fees are not deducted from refunds. However, installation and recycling fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
- Installed appliances are treated as used and are not eligible for returns unless faulty.
11. Faulty Goods & Warranty
- Manufacturer warranty applies to products, and customers should first contact the manufacturer for warranty service.
- We may require reasonable verification of a reported installation fault before agreeing to remedies.
- If no fault is found, or the issue is caused by third-party installation, misuse, or site conditions, we may charge a call-out fee.
- Delivery damage, missing parts, or incomplete items must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
12. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profits, business, or opportunity).
- Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods/services purchased from us.
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
13. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, vehicle breakdowns, strikes, or extreme weather.
14. Website Use
- All website content, text, and branding are owned by Apex Appliance Experts Ltd and may not be copied or reused without permission.
15. Fraud Prevention
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity.
16. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
