1. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders Only)
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel within 14 days from the date your goods are delivered.

- Please include your full name, order number, product name, and reason for cancellation.
2. Conditions for Returns (Change of Mind)
Returns are accepted only if all conditions below are met.
- The appliance has not been installed or connected.
- The product is in original packaging with all accessories, manuals and fittings.
- The item is unused and in resalable condition.
- The cancellation request is made within 14 days of delivery.
Not accepted:
- Installed or used appliances
- Products missing original packaging or parts
- Products damaged after delivery
3. Collection Charges
- Because appliances are heavy items, change-of-mind returns are collected by us.
- An £84 collection fee applies for change-of-mind returns.
- If a scheduled collection fails due to customer absence or access issues, additional collection charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Once completed, these services cannot be reversed.
- Installation service fees are non-refundable once installation has been performed.
- Recycling / old appliance removal fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
5. Damaged or Incomplete Items
- If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing parts, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide photographs and your order number.
- We will review the issue and agree an appropriate resolution with you.
6. Faulty Appliances After Delivery
- Appliances are covered by manufacturer warranty. Customers should contact the manufacturer first for faster warranty service.
- Where required, we reserve the right to inspect the appliance or arrange verification before any remedy is offered.
- Call-out charges may apply where no fault is found, the issue is caused by misuse, or installation was carried out by a third party.
7. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are approved only when returned goods meet our return conditions.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds where items are returned used/installed, damaged after delivery, missing packaging/parts, or where serial numbers do not match supplied goods.
8. Commercial Purchases
- This returns policy applies to consumer purchases only.
- Orders placed for business use may not qualify for consumer cancellation rights.
9. How to Request a Return

- Include: order number, product details, reason, and (if relevant) photographs.
- Please confirm the item is unused and not installed (for change-of-mind returns).
